Colston Loveland MORE THAN 3 Receptions
Loveland steps into his first professional game already expected to claim the starting tight end role, and he’s walking into a system that sets him up for success. In Ben Johnson’s offense, the starting tight end has historically been one of the focal points in the passing attack, often emerging as a go-to option for the quarterback. With his athleticism and versatility, Loveland should see plenty of opportunities right out of the gate, and it wouldn’t be surprising if he quickly establishes himself as a reliable weapon in this offense throughout his rookie season.
JJ McCarthy MORE THAN 169.5 Passing Yards (Goblin)
McCarthy entered the offseason with plenty of hype, though some of that buzz has cooled in recent weeks. Even so, he steps into a fantastic situation surrounded by a strong supporting cast. While he’ll be without Jordan Addison for the first few weeks, he still has one of the best wide receivers in the league in Justin Jefferson at his disposal. On top of that, he’s paired with a head coach who has a proven track record of elevating quarterbacks, turning Kirk Cousins and even Sam Darnold into highly productive starters. With all of that working in his favor, this reduced number for McCarthy feels like a strong value.
