Woody Marks MORE THAN 63.5 Rushing Yards
Buffalo comes into this matchup ranked 31st in defensive rushing efficiency, giving up a hefty 5.4 yards per carry, and teams have been exploiting that weakness all season. With C.J. Stroud sidelined, Woody Marks has stepped into a true workhorse role, handling 14 and 18 carries in his last two games. On a short week with a backup quarterback under center, it makes perfect sense for Houston to lean heavily on the ground game and keep the ball out of Buffalo’s hands. Given the matchup, volume, and game script, this spot sets up beautifully for Marks to put together a big performance.

James Cook MORE THAN 49.5 Rush Yards (Goblin)
Cook has cleared this number in 7 of 10 games this season—and in every single game where he’s logged at least 17 carries—which shows how safe this lower line is when he gets his usual workload. The Bills enter tonight as 6-point road favorites in Houston, and while the Texans boast a strong overall defense, this particular number feels far too modest for a player with Cook’s usage and efficiency. Buffalo should look to control the tempo, sustain drives, and lean on their explosive RB to keep the pressure off the passing game. Given the matchup, projected game script, and Cook’s consistent production, this alt line is an excellent spot to target.
