Dre’lon Miller MORE THAN 35.5 Receiving Yards
Miller put together a solid freshman campaign, but all the buzz out of Boulder suggests he’s ready to take on a much bigger role—potentially stepping in to fill the massive shoes of Travis Hunter. With so much production gone from Colorado’s passing game, there’s a clear opportunity for someone to emerge, and Miller looks like the prime candidate. As a freshman, he logged at least 3 catches in 6 different games and saw action in all 13 contests, proving he can be relied on. Heading into this season, he projects as a key weapon in this offense, and you’re unlikely to see his line set this low again.
Jamal Haynes MORE THAN 70.5 Rushing Yards
In nearly every Georgia Tech victory last season—plus tough matchups against Georgia and their bowl game—Haynes was a steady force, piling up at least 75 rushing yards in all but one contest. He now opens the season against a Colorado defense that was gashed repeatedly on the ground last year, giving up massive performances like 207 yards to Devin Neal and 137 to Tahj Brooks. With that kind of precedent, Haynes walks into a prime opportunity to set the tone early and exploit a vulnerable run defense. I love this spot for him to come out hot and deliver a strong opening statement.
