RJ Harvey – RB – Denver Broncos

Harvey landed in an ideal spot in this year’s draft, joining a Sean Payton-led offense that has historically leaned heavily on its running backs in both the passing and rushing game. Denver’s backfield saw 107 targets last season, with 70 of those going to Javonte Williams—who has since moved on to Dallas—leaving a significant opportunity behind. Harvey, a proven workhorse who logged 16 or more carries in all but one game for UCF last year, is well-positioned to step into a sizable role. In best ball formats that place a premium on pass-catching backs, Harvey offers tremendous late-round value as someone who could contribute immediately in both facets of the game. Landing him in the late 5th or early 6th round feels like a steal.

Jayden Higgins – WR – Houston Texans

Higgins landed in an ideal situation with the Texans, a team in need of an outside receiver after dealing with injuries and free-agent departures. He was a standout at Iowa State, posting an impressive 87 catches for over 1,100 yards in his final season, showcasing his reliability and playmaking ability. In Houston, he’ll line up opposite Nico Collins, who commands plenty of defensive attention, potentially opening the door for Higgins to thrive. If C.J. Stroud and the Texans offense can recapture their 2023 form, Higgins has a real shot at making a big impact—and the fact that you can grab him as late as the 11th round makes him one of the most intriguing value picks in the draft.

Tetairoa McMillan – WR – Carolina Panthers

McMillan steps into a fantastic opportunity with the Panthers, joining a starting wide receiver group that includes Xavier Legette and veteran Adam Thielen. With 124 targets vacated from last season, there’s plenty of volume up for grabs—and McMillan is in prime position to claim a significant share of it. While the quality of targets from Bryce Young may not be elite just yet, McMillan’s talent and big-play potential make him an exciting best ball option. He’s the kind of boom-or-bust player who can deliver explosive weeks, which is exactly what you want when chasing upside in this format.
