He draws an ideal matchup here against a struggling Rockies offense that ranks dead last in the league. While pitching in Colorado is never easy given the hitter-friendly environment, the Rockies have the 28th-ranked batting average overall and lead the league in strikeout rate against right-handed pitching. Despite the challenging setting, Holmes is in a strong spot to go deep into this game—I like his chances to get through a full six innings.

Harrison Bader LESS THAN 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs

This is an alternate line for Bader, offering a bit of cushion and some added flexibility—but even with that buffer, this still looks like a tough spot for him. He’s up against Kevin Gausman, a pitcher who’s had his number throughout their career matchups. In 11 career plate appearances, Bader has managed just one hit while striking out six times. He’s also gone over this line only twice in his last 10 games, and given the challenging matchup, it’s hard to see him breaking out here. This feels like another uphill battle for Bader at the plate.
