Nick Pivetta MORE THAN 6 Strikeouts

Nick Pivetta has been in strong form this season, posting an impressive 28.9% strikeout rate and showcasing excellent command on the mound. He’s gone over this strikeout line in three straight starts and has recorded at least six strikeouts in seven of his last nine outings. He’ll face a Giants lineup that strikes out at a 21.9% clip on the year — a solid matchup considering Pivetta’s prior success against them. In 60 career plate appearances versus this San Francisco roster, he’s racked up a stellar 36.7% strikeout rate. With his recent momentum and favorable history in this matchup, this looks like another great spot for Pivetta to shine.

Mackenzie Gore MORE THAN 4.5 Strikeouts (Goblin)

MacKenzie Gore has been electric to start the season, going over this strikeout line in every single start and averaging an impressive 8.4 strikeouts per game. His dominant 36.3% strikeout rate ranks in the 97th percentile across all of Major League Baseball, underscoring just how overpowering he’s been on the mound. He now faces a Cubs team that he’s had some prior success against — in 49 career at-bats, Chicago’s lineup has struck out at a 26.5% clip against him. With his elite swing-and-miss stuff and a favorable matchup, this reduced line presents tremendous value. I’m all in on Gore here.
