Beau Sparks MORE THAN 3.5 Receptions

Sparks has clearly established himself as Texas State’s top receiving option, racking up 15 targets through just 2 games this season. Now the Bobcats travel to Arizona State as 17.5-point underdogs in a game where they’ll almost certainly need to lean on the passing attack to keep pace. Just last year, Texas State kept it close against the Sun Devils, losing by only 3 points while throwing for 288 yards. I expect a similar game plan here, and Sparks should once again be heavily featured in the offense.

Jeremiah Franklin MORE THAN 41.5 Receiving Yards

Franklin has quickly become a key piece of Boston College’s offense, ranking second on the team in targets, receptions, and receiving yards. Through the first two games of the season, he has been rock-solid, posting at least 6 catches and 67 receiving yards in each outing. Now he heads into a matchup with Stanford, a defense that has struggled mightily this year. With his consistent involvement and this favorable game script, this number feels far too low.
