Yandy Diaz LESS THAN 7.5 Fantasy Score
Diaz has been swinging a hot bat recently, but he finds himself in a challenging matchup here. Historically, he has struggled mightily against Dean Kremer, managing just 1 hit in 17 career at-bats. While Kremer hasn’t had the strongest season overall, this particular matchup hasn’t favored Diaz in the past. Given his track record against Kremer, this number feels a bit inflated and could be tough for Diaz to reach.
Nick Lodolo MORE THAN 3.5 Strikeouts
Lodolo has been remarkably consistent, surpassing this line in each of his last 15 starts. During that stretch, he’s averaging well over 5.5 strikeouts per game and holds a solid 21.5% strikeout rate on the season. While the Padres are known for their plate discipline, this number feels like a clear undervaluation of Lodolo’s recent form and ability to generate swings and misses. This is a very manageable line for him, even in a tougher matchup.
