With this game taking place in the hitter-friendly environment of Colorado, Arizona is in a prime position to light him up. I fully expect them to take advantage and roll in this matchup.

Littell has been quietly reliable this season, going over this line in 12 of his 15 starts—including each of his last five outings. He’s averaging 18.5 outs per game while tossing just under 88 pitches per start, showing both efficiency and consistency on the mound. He draws a favorable matchup here against a Tigers offense that has struggled mightily at the plate, ranking in the bottom five in batting average against right-handed pitchers over the last 30 days. With his current form and the soft matchup, this sets up as a great opportunity for Littell to work deep and get through six solid innings once again.
