Salaun has fallen short of this line in 4 of her 6 games this season, and in the two games where she did go over, it took season-highs in both field goal attempts and three-point attempts to get there. She now faces a fairly tough challenge against the Aces, a team that ranks in the upper half of the league in limiting points, rebounds, and assists to opposing forwards. With the volume she typically sees and the strength of the matchup, this number feels a bit too ambitious for Salaun to clear.
Angel Reese MORE THAN 1.5 Assists (Goblin)
Reese has quietly been stepping up as a facilitator, going over this assist line in each of her last four games while averaging 3.5 assists per contest during that stretch. She now faces a depleted Fever squad, giving the Sky a prime opportunity to bounce back and settle the score after a lopsided loss in their season opener. It’s clear this team is starting to find its rhythm and identity, and Reese’s evolving role as a playmaker is a key part of that. With this reduced line, there’s a lot to like here.
