Brittney Griner LESS THAN 16.5 Points
Griner started the season on fire, but she’s cooled off over her last two games, averaging only 10 points during that span. In her first two games, she was getting to the free throw line consistently, with 5 and 6 attempts, but that number has dropped to just 2 and 0 in the past couple of games. Adding to the challenge, this is Atlanta’s first back-to-back set of the season, which could lead to a slight decrease in Griner’s playing time. I think this sets up nicely for the under in this matchup.
Ezi Magbegor MORE THAN 5.5 Rebounds (Goblin)
Magbegor has been a force on the boards to start the season, clearing this line in all three games while averaging an impressive 7.67 rebounds per game. She draws a great matchup here against a Las Vegas squad that has struggled to keep opponents off the glass, ranking 11th in rebounds allowed per game at over 37. I love the fact that we’re getting a reduced line for Magbegor, especially considering she went over this number 82% of the time last season, including a perfect 4-for-4 against the Aces. This sets up as a strong spot for her to keep it rolling!
