Jalen Duren LESS THAN 11.5 Rebounds
Jalen Duren has stayed under this rebound total in 59% of his games this season, posting an average of 10.3 rebounds per contest. When facing the Knicks specifically, he’s struggled to hit this mark, going under in five of seven matchups overall — including two of the three games played in this current series. Across those seven meetings, Duren has averaged a modest 9.7 rebounds per game. Given his track record against New York, this line simply feels too ambitious for Duren to surpass.
Jason Tatum LESS THAN 35.5 Points + Rebounds
Since Christmas Day, Jayson Tatum has fallen short of this combined points and rebounds mark in 64% of his games, including eight of his last 13 outings. Over that recent stretch, he’s averaging 33.1 points and rebounds combined — a solid number, but still shy of tonight’s line. Now, he faces an even steeper challenge, squaring off against a team that ranks first in points allowed and third in rebounds allowed this season. While Tatum is certainly capable of putting together a strong performance, this number feels a bit too high given the tough matchup.
